Ah.. another weekend...

So this weekend went pretty well. I think it was a sucessful weekend overall.
A few quick things about it...

I love my boyfriend. I can't wait for him to be my husband. I want to shout it off the rooftops that I am in love with him and I am so excited to be with him forever.

and...
I love my baby! She is the brightest little thing. :-) This morning when she woke up in her crib after daddy left and the dumb dogs woke her with their whining and begging for breakfast all I heard was her in there quietly saying 'dadadadada.... ahhhhhhhhhhhhh....dadadadada..... gggggggooooooooaaaaaahhhhhh....DA DA DA DA DA.....' and she would scream it for a minute and then calm back down and whisper a little and then shreik some, happy little girl though.

Our dogs can go to hell. Thats all I have to say about that. Gixxy is shaved (accomplished that yesterday) and she looks like a sewer rat. I'll post a picture sometime.

Anyways, I did a LOT of scrapbooking this weekend, YAY. and I got my hair cut, and found out that Ann (my SIL/brothers GF) scrapbooks too, so she hung out with Zoe & I on Saturday and we went to costco and the scrapbooking store. Good time I tell you, good time! :-)

We watched No Country for Old Men this weekend too. We started saturday night, and then our power went out, so we had to go to bed since we didn't have very many options at that point. We finished it on Sunday, and I have to say- not what I expected and really good but then it just *boom* ended and I was kind of left like 'wtf just happened?' so who knows, it was good though.

Then we watched Gone Baby Gone, I really liked this one. It was a little messed up and a little out there, but really good too. Really makes you think about what you would do, and what is right and what is wrong. Very good plot, not the best acting. But it does have the girl from heartbreak kid, and casey affleck.

I took some really cute pictures of Zoe this morning. She is so happy in the mornings (see above) I just love it. Her hair is all 'bedheadish' and cute.

rash!

That word almost makes you think 'RUN!' it's really a frantic word to me now. I think maybe it's because I'm a mommy now, and when your a mommy and you hear about a rash, you think 'oh no. a rash' and then panic sets in and you become frantic to find out what it really is.

The reason I'm talking about this is because Zoe is with grandma right now, at the doctors with a rash and I'm waiting to hear what it is. I hope it's something simple, but by the looks of it, it's not diaper rash, and it's yucky and raised red bumps. Poor kid.

Adam keeps telling me I'm a hypochandriac. I don't think so, I like to think I'm cautious. That sounds much better. This is what I found on google: an attention freak who creates imaginary physical disorders. I really don't think of myself this way.

Really though, who would have thought?

alright, what the f*ck! I just typed out a wonderful, sarcastic & descriptive first blog to introduce myself and talk about myself a little too much and apparently this 'blogger' didn't like it so it deleted the sh*t. Maybe it will save this one.

Anyways, my name is dawn. I would have never thought I would have a blog. I am not really into the internet except for checking out baby stuff, surfing when I'm bored, music and occasionally checking out my next thing to buy when I go shopping.
